CORE STABILITY & CORRECT POSTURE ALIGNMENT CLASS


I designed this class to strengthen deep core muscles which  aim to improve balance and correct posture within the body.​

Equipments use are; chairs, dyno bands, mats and the use of ones body weight.

During this class I Identify under and over use muscles on each individuals and train them accordingly.

As one gets older muscles gets weak if not train properly, hence most elderly have curvature of the spine(hunch back) as most of the ladies in the group use to have.

As the weeks goes by these ladies posture improved, they are more upright and look toner and stronger.

The theory behind this is that if the muscles are strong, balance and posture is good.

As one gets older he/she will experience less or no knee problems, back problems etc.


On Right are photos of the group of ladies that I currently train. the youngest in this group is 57 and the oldest is 76!!.

Training should be FUN I say.
